Booking Process and What to Expect

1. Confirmation SMS and email with driver details are sent 2 hours before your scheduled pickup.
2. Receive an additional SMS when your driver arrives at the pickup location.
3. If there are any issues, you can contact your driver directly.

Additional Information on Airport Pickups

Your driver will meet you inside the airport terminal’s arrival hall. Our service includes one hour of free waiting time from your flight’s arrival. After this period, a nominal waiting charge applies (30 pence per minute).

For bookings made shortly after your flight’s landing time, a free waiting period of 15 minutes applies. Flight monitoring is provided to adjust pickup timing for any delays.
