      An additional SMS will be sent to you once your driver has arrived at the pickup location. This ensures you're informed every step of the way, reducing any wait time or confusion about your driver's arrival.

      Should you encounter any issues or have specific instructions, you can directly call your driver. This direct line of communication allows for any last-minute adjustments or clarifications, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.

      Airport Pick-Up Procedures
      If your journey involves an airport pick-up, we have a streamlined process to cater to your needs efficiently:

      Meeting Your Driver at the Airport
      Your driver will meet you inside the airport terminal’s arrival hall, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. We include one hour of waiting time from your flight’s arrival in the price, giving you ample time to clear customs and collect your luggage. Should your arrival be delayed beyond this period, a waiting charge of 30 pence per minute will apply.

      Monitoring Flight Schedules
      We actively monitor your flight to adjust your pickup time in case of delays or early arrivals. This proactive approach ensures that your driver is always on time, regardless of changes to your flight schedule.

      Post-Landing Pick-Ups
      For bookings made specifically after one hour from your flight’s landing time, we offer a free waiting period of up to 15 minutes. Beyond this, a waiting charge of 30 pence per minute will apply.

      Can I cancel or modify my booking? +

      Certainly! You can cancel or modify your booking by contacting us via email at bookings@nizetrip.com. Please take note of our cancellation policy:

      Cancelling a ride before 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a charge of 3% of the ride fare.

      Cancelling a ride between 24 and 6 hours from the ride start time will result in a charge of 50% of the ride fare.

      No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 6 hours of the ride start time.

      What safety measures do you have in place? +

      All our drivers are licensed by Transport for London and have passed the Safety, Equality, and Regulatory Understanding requirements. Additionally, their cars undergo a valid MOT (Ministry of Transport) check every 6 months to ensure safety and compliance.

      Yes, you can request multiple stops during your journey. Please inform us (via email) in advance, and additional charges may apply depending on the distance and duration of the stops

      No, we provide cabs for various services, including long-distance rides, port transfers, and airport transfers.

      When scheduling an airport pickup, should I specify the pickup time, arrival time, or add an extra hour? +

      It's a tricky question because passport control can take around 50 minutes for international arrivals, but sometimes longer. We include one hour of free waiting time from your flight's landing time. Our suggestion is to schedule your pickup for 60 minutes after the landing time to account for possible delays at passport control and baggage claim.

      What is the duration of your free waiting time? +

      For airport pickups, we provide 60 minutes of free waiting time from your flight's landing time.

      For other A to B pickups, we offer 15 minutes of free waiting time.

      Is your fare inclusive of all charges, or are there any hidden charges? +

      Our fare is all-inclusive with no hidden charges at all. However, if there is additional waiting time involved beyond the free waiting period, extra charges will apply.

      Do you offer taxi / cab services for the Glastonbury festival? +

      Yes, we do. We provide various options from sedans to minivans and 8-seaters, accommodating groups with multiple drop-offs. We offer pickup services from your home to Glastonbury and back.

      How far in advance should I book my taxi? +
